Powers: able to transform without a fullmoon, will live a very long time, can compell people including vampires, is so strong that he can break through a soulmates bond

Background: Leader of all the werewolves, speaks for all werewolves on the high council. At a young age he had very first transformation. At the age of 21 he drank from the elixir of life to remain at the age of 21 forever, the elixir of life gave him the power to transform into a werewolf without the full moon present in the sky. He lives in the building of the high council on top of Mount Wednesvale.
